The Plan, Do, Review for COVID 19 Coaching Sessions
Over the last few weeks, the government has approved the restarting of outdoor sports, within social distancing guidelines, but indoor facilities, such as clubhouses and outdoor swimming pools, remain closed, while outdoor gyms were allowed to reopen from 4th July. As we're expecting government guidance to emerge soon on reopening indoor facilities safely, it's important we prepare for those changes now as much as possible.
Measures to control the virus are likely to be in place for some time, so as the sport and physical activity sector plans for a ‘return to play’, we’ve collated advice, guidance and resources to help you now and as restrictions start to ease.
I have put some guidelines in place for DS Performance and if you want any help or advice from me about what resources are available to help you then please give me a shout.
