London Marathon
There are many types of runners that compete over a wide range of distances and events. All of them
have similar elements to train to increase performance, so they all need to have a good weight to strength/power ratio to carry their own body mass. Alongside this they need to be technically good to reduce the risk of injury and increase efficiency in performance. Essentially, however they are all looking towards running faster and this is done by increasing stride frequency, or stride length. Our series of programmes have been designed to take you from the beginning of a new training cycle, all the way through to competition, whilst preparing you for optimal performance.
All of our performance programmes are 12 weeks in length, broken down in to two 6 week training
blocks. Each programme has a de-loading week between training blocks, to aid recovery and reduce the
risk of injury.

Baseball
Baseball players, alongside the core skills required to being successful in the game, also require very
specific physical attributes. As the game is made up of very fast, powerful plays, the players need to be able to produce great power in many planes of movement. Our series of programmes have been designed to take you from the beginning of a new training cycle, all the way through to competition, whilst preparing you for optimal performance.

Strongman
We have included many elements of strongman training and their events in our programming structure for American Football, Ice Hockey and Rugby, because of the robust physicalities that these sports require from all the high impact collisions that take place. The strongman training programme’s are great for general conditioning for any sport that is standing or running dominant sport. The physical attributes trained through the strongman lifts will aid all athletes of all ages and abilities, and give them a strongman physical base to build upon.
