What: I developed DS Performance to bring elite training methods to all sporting participants. Through providing sport specific strength & conditioning training programmes for 20 of the most popular sports globally. I have designed these training programmes for all sports players, performers, and participants so that they can make their next jump up in performance, reduce any risk of injury, and bring structure and progressive development to all.
Why: I wanted to set up DS Performance to bring credible training programmes to the market. I wanted to provide reliable and valid programmes that were designed by an actual experienced strength & conditioning coach.
How: I structured DS Performance to make it an easy 3 step process to navigate yourself through, so the perfect programme can be prescribed.
Step 1: Choose your sport e.g. Golf, Football, Rugby
Step 2: Select your performance variable e.g. power strength agility
Step 3: Select your programme level e.g. amateur intermediate advanced

Tennis players come in all shapes and sizes and adapt their game to make the most of their physical attributes, however they all have to produce high levels of skill on different surfaces, at varying intensities, through multi-directional movement patterns.
