Dave wasn’t just an elite athlete and Bobsleigh breakman for Team GB he’s coached GB/international athletes as well.
Not only does Dave have 24 years as a skills based coach behind him he also has the academic credibility to back up his experience. Dave has a BSc and MSc in Sport & Exercise Science – Strength & Conditioning. Dave has years of International experience in mentoring, competition preparation and helping athletes achieve peak performance.

Our series of performance programmes have been designed to take you from the beginning of a new training cycle, all the way through to competition, whilst preparing you for optimal performance.
We recommend that you follow the training programmes in the order we specify, to help you structure your training correctly for long term development, so that you produce your best possible results.

Strength & Conditioning has grown in Golf so much because swing issues and swing limitations have been proven to be based around the player’s current physical status, not their skill level. The conditioning element isn’t in place just for swing development, but also for increasing the player’s ability to perform maximum power repeatedly over the course of many hours. As well as the skills involved in Golf, if we can be physically capable to play the game this will work in tandem to reduce your handicap whilst also avoiding injuries.
