I realise it's weather dependant but try to continue with outdoor exercise and activities where possible. Look to utilise local parks and green spaces where walking, jogging and cycling paths are in place. Take advantage of the outdoor gyms that are very common in the larger parks across the country.
Even when the leisure centres reopen try to still exercise outdoors as much as possible and get daily doses of natural sunlight as these are the best kind of health and wellbeing resources we have available to us, along with being the most powerful natural antidepressants.
