DS Performance can help you plan your success by creating a plan with specific aims and objectives, helps to develop goals through an increase in knowledge and understanding of your own performance. This helps maintain motivation over long periods of time, by seeing your short-term goals being met.

Sport Specific Performance Variables
DS Performance training plans are focused on 5 specific performance variables.
Dave has identified the most important performance variables for your sport. Each book/programme is broken down into 6 week training blocks, with a de-load/active recovery week included, so as to reduce the risk of overtraining and minimise the risk of injury. The programmes are structured/written/designed for progressive training and development. Each programme has the training principle of progressive overload designed within it, for that continuing development, the prescriptions are based around training percentages The books/programmes are sport-specific and identify and train specific movement patterns found in each sport.

Tennis Programming
Tennis players come in all shapes and sizes and adapt their game to make the most of their physical attributes, however, they all have to produce high levels of skill on different surfaces, at varying intensities, through multi-directional movement patterns. Tennis players are required to have good agility, balance, aerobic & anaerobic capacity, speed, and strength in order to get around the court faster than their opponent and produce great racket head power.
